In terms of tactics, Mr Chyten is the master of all. He was aggressive when he needed to be, charming when this could be more effective, careful when he sensed a trap, and always tenacious. There was never a time when Mr Chyten did not have exactly the right tactic for the situation at hand.

In terms of integrity, Mr Chyten is scrupulous and completely trustworthy. His counsel is always wise and considered, and solution oriented. Mr Chyten is a pleasure to deal with, and he brings a great sense of calm and where necessary humour to stressful situations.

In terms of communication, Mr Chyten kept us immediately informed of important matters without wasting time with unnecessary reports. Mr Chyten’s letters to opposing attorneys were brilliant and devastating, and as fellow practitioners we regard them as classics.

In terms of fees, Mr Chyten’s charges were completely transparent and extremely reasonable. Given the experience of Mr Chyten and the fees that many other lawyers of lesser experience and ability charge, the value is second to none.
